All planning services are customizable and are priced based on the specifics of the services. Many of the services are included as part of the planning process for projects and are at no additional charge.If Allied is utilized for the implementation of any of the work developed through the planning process, the costs for the planning services of the specific scope will be credited to the cost of implementation.

- All work is developed and analyzed as a team.
- Engineers, Project Managers, Architect(s), and Leadership work as a team on all development.
- Design and product options are always reviewed with the District, where first cost, life cycle costs, as well as other pros and cons of the options are discussed.
- Allied takes on all of the risk of being thorough in our design development. The district will never pay for details omitted from plans and/or specifications….
- If we miss it, we pay for it!
