All planning services are customizable and are priced based on the specifics of the services. Many of the services are included as part of the planning process for projects and are at no additional charge. If Allied is utilized for the implementation of any of the work developed through the planning process, the costs for the planning services of the specific scope will be credited to the cost of implementation.
This scope of work is based on the legislation specific to the state the work is performed and includes any work which impacts energy usage at any public facility. This work commonly includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, roofing, windows, lighting, tuck pointing, etc.
Scopes of work impacting energy consumption are performed under a Performance Contract, and for any work which does not meet the School Energy Conservation and Savings Measures, Allied will follow the standard procurement procedures, but will provide a guaranteed price for all work following the bidding process, with an agreed upon markup.
