A Guaranteed Energy Savings Contract is a performance-based agreement that leverages energy and operational efficiencies to finance improvements today. This approach allows customers to plan for the future by providing improved budget certainty and shifting the narrative from a reactive, emergency replacement needs-basis to an optimized, planned methodology.

We work with customers to identify and update various aspects of their building, from mechanical, roofing, windows, lighting, and other work critical to keeping their infrastructure in ideal condition, with equipment operating efficiently and reliability. This includes planned infrastructure replacement as well as investment in facility efficiency to decrease the total cost of ownership and establish a more predictable annual facility budget.
